Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and efficient management of financial transactions and records, supporting the organization's financial health through meticulous processing, recording, and reporting of financial activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform financial transactions, including billing, sales recording, and invoice issuance.
  • Manage and archive financial documentation, including sales records and supplier invoices.
  • Supervise issued invoices and follow up on outstanding payments.
  • Process and record financial transactions, including employee expense reports and supplier invoices.
  • Prepare financial reports and statements for the treasury department.
  • Accurately enter and maintain all financial records and ledgers.
  • Reconcile bank positions and intercompany accounts.
  • Provide financial documentation and support for audit procedures.
  • Collaborate with administration and store managers for accurate financial control.
  • Develop and maintain a filing and document management system.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in accounting positions.
  • Excellent mathematical and advanced excel skills.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish is a must (C1 level required, other European languages are a plus).
  • Knowledge in SAP would be an advantage.
