Are you passionate about assisting customers with their technical challenges? If you possess exceptional listening and inquiry skills along with a knack for problem-solving, this opportunity could be ideal for you. As a Technical Customer Service Specialist, your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing support to customers regarding digital payment services, particularly addressing technical inquiries via phone, chat, and email.
  • Assisting new clients with account activations, transaction status questions, and financial inquiries.
  • Updating and maintaining customer accounts.
  • Ensuring top-notch service quality while fostering strong customer relationships.

Requirements

To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills, qualifications, and interests:

  • A native level of Danish and a proficient level of English.
  • A genuine interest in technical support and troubleshooting.
  • Strong listening abilities and effective communication skills.
  • A proactive, energetic, and innovative approach to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience in a call center is advantageous.

What We Offer

  • Type of contract: Indefinite.
  • Full-time position with working hours from Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 20:00, and Saturdays from 10:00 - 14:00.
  • Competitive salary of 1500€ plus a performance bonus of up to 200€ monthly.
  • Comprehensive training and onboarding lasting 4 to 6 weeks, starting with an initial week of training conducted in the office.
