About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Customer Support Specialist to join our team at Eco Plus Solutions AB. As a German Language Technical Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our clients via remote means.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Support: Provide high-quality technical assistance to German-speaking customers, troubleshooting hardware, software, and product-related issues while offering clear and effective solutions.
  • Problem Solving: Analyze and diagnose customer issues using your knowledge of technical systems and products, offering step-by-step guidance to resolve problems efficiently and minimize downtime for the client.
  • Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring that every interaction leaves the customer satisfied. You'll be expected to communicate clearly, patiently, and professionally at all times.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up to date with the latest developments in our products and services, enabling you to offer accurate advice and guidance to customers.
  • Collaboration with Internal Teams: Escalate unresolved issues to relevant internal teams (such as engineering or product development) when necessary. You'll work closely with these departments to ensure quick and efficient resolutions.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Accurately document all customer interactions, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions. Your reports will contribute to knowledge sharing and help improve customer service processes.
  • Continuous Learning: As technology evolves, you'll participate in ongoing training to stay current with new products, services, and industry best practices.
Requirements
  • Fluent in German (C1/C2 level): You must have excellent spoken and written communication skills in German, with the ability to explain complex technical issues clearly and effectively.
  • Located in Spain: You must currently be based in Spain and have the legal right to work there. This is a remote role, but it is essential that you are located within Spain for this position.
  • Technical Expertise: A solid background in technical support is required. You should have experience in troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving technical issues, particularly with software, hardware, or electronic products.
  • Customer Support Experience: Prior experience in a customer-facing role is a must. You'll need to have the ability to manage customer expectations and handle challenging situations with empathy and professionalism.
  • Good Command of English: While your primary communication will be in German, English is used for internal communications, so a good level of English is required.
  • Detail-Oriented and Organized: You can handle multiple customer requests, keep track of open cases, and document issues and solutions accurately.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Your ability to clearly explain technical solutions and provide excellent customer service will be key to your success in this role.
  • Self-Motivated and Independent: As a remote worker, you must be self-disciplined and able to work effectively without direct supervision. You're comfortable managing your time and workload efficiently from home.
