Glovo is on a mission to give everyone easy access to anything in their cities. We're looking for a talented and ambitious Account Manager trainee to join our team and contribute to building a product that will disrupt the On-demand market.

The Journey

  • Onboard new partners on our platform by providing them with the necessary tools and information to start working
  • Gather insights from our partners to create an amazing experience for them and our customers, tackling problems to raise the bar
  • Support A/B Testing for visibility and growth projects in multiple cities across Spain
  • Get feedback from our stores and translate it into product improvement
  • Maintain a good relationship between Glovo and our partners
  • Forecast and track key account metrics
  • Actively collaborate with your colleagues and learn from each other in a supportive environment that allows you to grow, develop, and make a difference

What You Will Bring to the Ride

  • Availability for 6 months full-time internship
  • Strong business acumen
  • Developed communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or sales
  • Data-driven profile
  • Proficiency in English and Spanish is a must
