Job Title: Customer Service Con Francés

Empresa Industrial fabricante de material de construcción y mobiliario urbano, ubicada en Cardedeu, busca un profesional con experiencia en atención al cliente y conocimientos en Francés para un puesto de Customer Service.

Responsabilidades:
  • Gestionar y hacer ofertas, pedidos y estudios.
  • Capturar las ofertas preparadas por los comerciales y pasarlas a pedidos.
  • Hablar y mantener la relación de gestión con los delegados/comerciales de España, Francia e Internacional.
  • Control y gestión de CRM.
  • Control y gestión en formas de pago a nivel INT.
  • Recibir y registrar las quejas y reclamaciones de los clientes identificando origen y distribuyéndolas a cada responsable.
  • Atención al cliente.
  • Búsqueda activa de licitaciones.
  • Recepción/Centralita: Atención de visitas internas y externas. Recepción y derivación de llamadas al dpto. o persona correspondiente.
Requisitos:
  • Experiencia en puestos similares.
  • Conocimientos en Francés (nativo o perfecto).
  • Disponibilidad para trabajar en un horario de lunes a viernes.
