  • Explore and uncover new business prospects through extensive networking efforts across the EMEA region and globally, engaging with Business Development, Marketing, Sales, Services & Support partners, and Key Opinion Leaders.
  • Lead the Product Commercialization Process (PCP) to guarantee comprehensive readiness and expertise of support teams for the introduction of new products.
  • Deliver internal technical training and mentorship to ensure the preparedness of remote and field personnel.
  • Skillfully manage intricate troubleshooting scenarios, ensuring swift and professional resolution of client concerns.

Your Qualifications:

  • Master's degree or higher in life sciences or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 5-7 years of relevant experience in a commercial environment, preferably involving Ion Torrent and CE related technologies.
  • Strong interdisciplinary collaboration skills, creativity, flexibility, and adaptability.
  • Analytical skills and a solid understanding of technology.
  • Exceptional communication, networking, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Valid driver's license and a willingness to travel up to 50-75% within the EMEA region.
