About the Role

Plug and Play Tech Center is a leading innovation platform and early-stage investor, connecting startups with top corporations to drive innovation and achieve strategic goals. As a Legal Counsel for EMEA Operations, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of law and technology, building Plug and Play's presence across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.

Key Responsibilities
  • Negotiate and draft sophisticated agreements and transactions for corporate partnerships, venture capital investments, and more.
  • Partner with our EMEA business teams to provide legal guidance and support across our 30 offices.
  • Engage with international corporations, governments, startup founders, and attorneys.
  • Conduct legal research and stay informed on evolving legal landscapes across different jurisdictions.
  • Join a collaborative and supportive legal team that works closely with all areas of the company.
Requirements
  • Qualified Professional: Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB/JD) from a recognized European or US law school with 1-3 years of experience.
  • Multilingual Communicator: Fluent in English with excellent written and oral communication skills. Proficiency in German or French is a significant plus.
  • Strategic Thinker: Ability to analyze complex legal issues and provide clear, actionable advice.
  • Self-Starter: Proactive, highly organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
