Trade Customer Manager

About the Position:
We are seeking a skilled Trade Customer Manager to join our team at The Kraft Heinz Company. As a key member of our Trade Customer Management team, you will be responsible for driving the success of our product categories and ensuring our vision and activation plans are executed flawlessly across our key focus channels.
Your key responsibilities will encompass the 6P's Strategy – Proposition, Product, Pack, Price, Promotion, and Place – empowering you to shape the trajectory of our brands. You will collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams to develop and implement strategies that yield tangible results and maximize brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze data and insights to identify industry and consumer trends
- Develop a bold category vision for each of our focus channels based on data points, customer, and consumer insights
- Build a strong network and teamwork cross-departmentally to ensure an aligned and efficient plan
- Identify opportunities for growth and explore new channels to increase efficiency and profitability
- Monitor channel and key customers' performance with a monthly review process and define corrective actions to address key issues
- Deploy commercial skills to address various P&L levers
- Drive the retailers' range review process
- Align with Retailers the 4P gaps and lead the process to close any gaps
Qualifications:
Hard Skills & Capabilities:
- University Degree, preferably from a Business School
- 4-5 years of meaningful experience in category management and trade marketing, preferably in FMCG
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently in an analytical and structured way
- Proficient in Spanish and English
