About the Position:

We are seeking a skilled Trade Customer Manager to join our team at The Kraft Heinz Company. Based in Madrid, this role will report to the Trade Customer Management Lead and be responsible for driving the success of our product categories.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze market trends and consumer insights to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and market share, working closely with Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and efficiency in plan execution.
  • Identify and explore opportunities for growth, both internally and externally, to increase efficiency and profitability.
  • Monitor and control channel and key customer performance, with a monthly review process and corrective actions as needed.
  • Deploy commercial skills to address various P&L levers and drive business results.
  • Align with retailers on 4P gaps and lead efforts to close any gaps.

Qualifications:

Hard Skills & Capabilities:

  • University degree, preferably from a business school.
  • 4-5 years of experience in category management and trade marketing, preferably in FMCG.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Spanish and English.
