Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the centre, focusing on delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for our members.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and increase revenue.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with our members, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their business requirements.
- Lead and motivate a team of sales and customer service professionals, providing coaching and development opportunities to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless delivery of services and identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote our services and attract new members.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales and customer service, preferably in a business-to-business environment.
- Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles, with the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with members and colleagues.
