We are seeking a highly skilled Business Finance Manager LATAM to join our team. As a key member of our finance organization, you will play a critical role in supporting the financial operations of our Latam Surgical Vision selling and marketing organization.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and oversee financial plans in alignment with the company's strategic objectives.
- Conduct comprehensive financial analysis to support business decisions and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, accounting standards, and company policies.
- Collaborate with other departments to support overall business objectives and initiatives.
- Team-oriented attitude and ability to work collaboratively with and through others.
- Work well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and support the implementation of process or strategic improvements.
**Requirements**
- A bachelor's degree is required, preferably with a major in Economics, Business Management, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in finance or related areas is required.
- Strong knowledge of general finance/accounting processes.
- Business support and FP&A experience are required.
- Compliance and Accounting background is a plus.
- Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus.
