About the Role

Microsoft Games is seeking a highly skilled Senior Finance Manager to join our Gaming Business team. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for driving the overall finance performance and forecast accuracy for the Gaming business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive the overall finance performance and forecast accuracy for the Gaming business, working closely with the Category and GEO teams to understand the drivers and levers available to influence.
  • Deliver results through tracking performance, report accuracy, and partnering with business leaders to ensure execution of plans and accountability for results.
  • Manage the rhythm of the business for the area of responsibility, including monthly close, recurring business review preparation, and budgeting.
  • Contribute to key financial processes, including outlook, forecast, and budget, in conjunction with the EMEA team.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science, or related field, and post-graduate financial analysis, accounting, controllership, or finance work experience.
  • Consumer industry experience and FP&A & Finance Business Partnering experience in a matrixed organization are preferred.
