Senior Finance Analyst - Commercial Programs

We are seeking a Senior Finance Analyst to join the PLS Commercial Programs team at Expedia Group, Inc. This is a commercially focused, business partnering role that involves translating complex financial data into clear, executive-level presentations that inform business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Senior Finance Manager in understanding and navigating key commercial programs and operational issues.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders across the organization, including Sales, Commercial Finance, Partner Finance, Accounting, Tax, and wider EG business & project teams.
  • Translate complex financial data and issues into compelling, executive-level presentations that support informed business decision-making.
  • Provide financial modelling and analysis to support strategic business decisions and scenario planning.
  • Identify risks and opportunities within ongoing projects and present actionable insights to the Senior Manager for acceleration or mitigation.
  • Provide ad hoc finance support as and when required.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of prior experience within a finance function.
  • Finance qualification (ACCA, CIMA etc. or degree) or equivalent professional experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong modelling skills with the ability to analyse raw data and convert it into useful insights.
  • Ability to present data & insights in a visually compelling format to finance and non-finance audiences.
  • Highly organized with the ability to simultaneously manage multiple workstreams across multiple time zones.
  • Work collaboratively and constructively with a range of partners to challenge the status quo, drive positive change and process improvement.
