Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers to promote products and services, identify purchase opportunities, and provide best-in-class customer experience.
- Support sales agents and dealers throughout the sales process, ensuring seamless customer interactions.
- Inform clients and prospects about loyalty programs, new sales campaigns, and product offerings.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to interact with clients and provide exceptional customer experience.
- C2/C1 level of the English language is required, with the assessment conducted by an external vendor.
- Availability for up to 2 weeks of training, with flexible working hours based on shifts between 09:00 and 21:00, from Monday to Sunday.
- Customer orientation and at least 1 year of work experience in sales.
