About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Account Manager to join our team at Amazon. As a Technical Account Manager, you will be responsible for providing technical guidance and support to our enterprise clients, helping them to achieve the greatest value from our cloud services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to clients on the use of AWS services, including EC2, S3, DynamoDB, and Lambda.
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive client adoption and use of AWS services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address client needs and pain points.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate potential issues and risks, ensuring client environments remain operationally healthy.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business and technical needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet their goals.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of technical engineering experience, with a focus on cloud computing and distributed systems.
  • Experience in operational parameters and troubleshooting for two or more of the following: Compute, Storage, Networking, CDN, Databases, DevOps, Big Data and Analytics, Security, and Applications Development.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Math, or related discipline, or 5 years of equivalent work experience.
  • Fluent in Spanish.
  • Meets/exceeds Amazon's leadership principles requirements for this role.
  • Meets/exceeds Amazon's functional/technical depth and complexity for this role.
