About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Engineering Manager to lead our Urban Metro Project team at Alstom. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the technical aspects of the project, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Project Management: Manage the technical contractual scope of the project, ensuring customer acceptance and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate technical risks, developing and implementing effective mitigation plans.
  • Project Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, project management, and customer-facing teams.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure the project solution meets Quality, Cost, Delivery, and Performance (QCDP) commitments.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage the project engineering team, allocating tasks, and ensuring engineering activities follow-up.
  • Interface Management: Manage the interface with the project core team, providing technical documents and resolving technical issues.
Requirements
  • Engineering Background: Engineer profile with 3-5 years of experience in METRO systems.
  • Project Management Experience: Previous project management experience, preferably in the rail industry.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in English, with French language skills desirable.
