About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Culinary Experience Manager to join our team at Importante empresa. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for managing the relationship with our culinary partners, including chefs, sommeliers, and food tour guides.

Responsibilities:
  1. Partner Support: Assist our culinary partners with any questions or requests related to our platform, upcoming experiences, tools, and communication.
  2. Process Improvement: Review our current processes and identify areas for improvement, including automation and restructuring.
  3. Metrics and KPIs: Review existing metrics and KPIs and make adjustments as needed to ensure they accurately reflect the team's performance.
  4. Analysis and Reporting: Conduct ongoing analysis of key areas within the partner community and report findings internally.
  5. Menu Development and Market Launches: Assist in the development of menus and new experiences, as well as market launches.
  6. Team Involvement: Participate in weekly company and team meetings.
Requirements:
  1. Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  2. Experience: 4+ years in account management or customer service, 3+ years in culinary and/or beverage experience, and 3+ years of team leadership experience.
  3. Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong data analysis skills, ability to be resourceful and responsive, and proficiency in Google suite and Excel.
  4. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in wine, beer, or mixology, online marketplace experience, and working efficiently in a home office environment.
