Job Summary

Zurich Australian Insurance Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled AI Governance and Compliance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in ensuring the security, compliance, and governance of our AI platforms and solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess the impact of Gen AI platforms on our organization and design cost-effective changes to ensure compliance and security.
  • Support the delivery of changes to our AI platform in a cost-effective and agile manner.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and maintain expertise in AI platforms, MLOps, and cloud technologies.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging tools, techniques, and trends in large language models and Generative AI.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a Technical Analyst in AI and Cloud.
  • Strong experience in AI Governance, Compliance, and Security.
  • Strong programming skills with a good understanding of building secured and compliant solutions.
  • Expertise in AI platforms, MLOps, and cloud technologies.
  • Ability to work with large datasets and distributed computing platforms.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
