About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled AI Governance and Compliance Specialist to join our team at Zurich Australian Insurance Ltd. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effective governance and compliance of our AI systems and technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess and mitigate risks associated with AI platforms, solutions, and services from a security, compliance, and governance perspective.
- Design and implement cost-effective changes to our Gen AI platform to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Support the delivery of changes to our Gen AI platform in a cost-effective and agile manner.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and maintain expertise in AI platforms, MLOps, and cloud technologies.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging tools, techniques, and trends in large language models and Generative AI.
- Work with large datasets and distributed computing platforms.
- Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills to drive business outcomes.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Technical Analyst in AI and Cloud.
- Strong experience in AI Governance, Compliance, and Security.
- Strong programming skills with a good understanding of building secured and compliant solutions.
- Expertise in AI platforms, MLOps, and cloud technologies.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to emerging tools, techniques, and trends in large language models and Generative AI.
- Strong track record with engineering techniques in cloud environments (Azure, AWS).
- Ability to work with large datasets and distributed computing platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
