Job Purpose
The main objective of this role is to support Bullhorn's commitment to compliance with applicable AI regulations and data protection legislation. As a Compliance Governance Specialist, you will work closely with the Privacy, Legal, and Product teams to review the compliance of our services, including the EU AI Act, GDPR, and CCPA. You will be responsible for articulating and operationalizing AI governance and data protection requirements, assessing their implementation, and tracking progress to ensure compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Audit the compliance of our products with the EU AI Act and applicable data protection legislation.
- Report audit results and document findings.
- Follow up with teams to track findings to completion.
- Communicate changes to requirements to the internal organization.
- Support assessments of third-party vendors for privacy compliance and AI use.
Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years experience with privacy regulations such as the GDPR.
- Understanding of AI technologies and data protection principles.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to successfully navigate an international organization involving multiple teams.
- Ability to autonomously track multiple project commitments.
