Bunge is a leading agribusiness and food company that connects farmers to consumers. We are seeking a highly skilled Specialist, Governance, Risk and Compliance to join our team.

About the Role

The Specialist, Governance, Risk and Compliance will be responsible for managing cybersecurity governance, risk, and compliance activities. This includes implementing and performing periodic internal control testing procedures, maturity assessments, and risk assessments to evaluate the operating effectiveness of BT and Cybersecurity internal controls.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate Governance, Risk, and Compliance activities with key stakeholders to enable effective Cybersecurity policies and standards.
  • Implement and perform compliance and controls assurance processes and procedures to mitigate risks and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct risk assessments, internal audits, and investigations to identify and address potential compliance issues.
  • Define and identify control gaps, provide recommendations for control process improvements, and support control owners' corrective action plans for remediation.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of cybersecurity governance, risk, and compliance principles and practices. You will also need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
