About the Role

Bunge Iberica Sa is seeking a highly skilled Sr. Analyst, Governance, Risk and Compliance to join our team. As a key member of our global team, you will be responsible for managing cybersecurity governance, risk, and compliance activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective governance policies and standards, ensuring alignment with industry best practices (e.g. NIST, ISO, COBIT, PCI DSS).
  • Perform risk management assessments, risk registration, prioritized risk remediation, and third-party evaluations.
  • Maintain the risk register in Bunge's Governance, Risk and Compliance automation system.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to enable effective cybersecurity policies and standards, exceptions management, enablement, and training.
  • Facilitate audits, compliance reviews, and internal control-based activities for the Business Technology organization.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Strong knowledge of cybersecurity governance, risk, and compliance principles and practices.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with risk management frameworks and tools.
  • Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills.
