About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled AI Governance and Compliance Specialist to join our team at Zurich Australian Insurance Ltd. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effective governance and compliance of our AI systems and technologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess and mitigate risks associated with AI platforms, solutions, and services from a security, compliance, and governance perspective.
  • Design and implement cost-effective changes to our Gen AI platform to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Support the delivery of changes to our Gen AI platform in a cost-effective and agile manner.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and maintain expertise in AI platforms, MLOps, and cloud technologies.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging tools, techniques, and trends in large language models and Generative AI.
  • Work with large datasets and distributed computing platforms.
  • Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills to drive business outcomes.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a Technical Analyst in AI and Cloud.
  • Strong experience in AI Governance, Compliance, and Security.
  • Strong programming skills with a good understanding of building secured and compliant solutions.
  • Expertise in AI platforms, MLOps, and cloud technologies.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to emerging tools, techniques, and trends in large language models and Generative AI.
  • Strong track record with engineering techniques in cloud environments (Azure, AWS).
  • Ability to work with large datasets and distributed computing platforms.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
