Lead Analog Design Manager

EpsilonR is seeking an experienced Analog Design Manager to lead their team of Design Engineers in developing analog and mixed-signal ICs. As a key member of the company's engineering team, you will be responsible for directing and supervising daily activities, setting annual goals for projects and the design team, and providing guidance within the framework of the company's standard design procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and lead the design and development of integrated circuits.
  • Manage the entire product development cycle, from definition to release, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Oversee the activities of the Design Engineering team, allocating resources based on assignments from the Department Manager and established policies.
  • Participate in hiring and performance evaluations, recruiting new team members, and mentoring and training Analog Design Engineers.
Requirements
  • MSEE / PhD or equivalent with 8-12 years of analog circuit design experience.
  • Expertise in precision and/or power IC preferred.
  • Thorough understanding of industry concepts and practices, with sound judgment in selecting methods and techniques throughout the design process.
  • Proven experience in managing IC Design Engineers/teams and guiding analog products through the complete development cycle, from definition to release.
  • Ability to lead and direct the activities of staff-level engineers and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
