EMEA Compensation Partner

Position Overview: The Compensation Senior Analyst plays a crucial role in assisting the EMEA Head of Compensation and Benefits, ensuring effective support for the region. This position requires collaboration with the Global Rewards Team and necessitates strong interaction with a diverse range of stakeholders in a dynamic business environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and management of Sales Compensation and bonus structures.
- Facilitate annual Compensation surveys and Benefits evaluations across the EMEA region.
- Support the organization-wide annual compensation planning cycle, collaborating with the Global Rewards Team and project teams for testing, communication, and HRBP support.
- Educate internal teams on company reward practices and programs, conducting training sessions for HRBP and Talent Acquisition.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and HRBP teams to deliver competitive compensation recommendations.
- Analyze salary structures, market trends, and employee data.
- Address compensation-related inquiries, including role evaluations and salary assessments, while maintaining the integrity of career architecture and salary planning frameworks.
- Conduct thorough analyses of reward-related data as needed.
- Work with the Service Centre to manage corrections and changes within Workday.
- Engage with the broader team to drive continuous improvement and process automation, enhancing HRIS integration and system usage.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Proficient in English.
- Strong team player, comfortable collaborating within international virtual teams.
- Experience in Compensation and Benefits, preferably within the EMEA region.
- Agile mindset, capable of managing multiple projects and tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with market compensation surveys (e.g., WTW).
- Advanced IT skills, particularly in Excel, and experience with HRIS integration and reporting.
- Experience with Workday.
- Detail-oriented with robust analytical skills focused on solutions.
