Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Agent/Tramitador for our Auto Business Unit in Barcelona.
Key Responsibilities- Receive and process insurance claims related to auto accidents, opening cases and handling inquiries and incidents.
- Make outbound calls to clarify information with clients, providers, and companies.
- Perform administrative tasks related to case management.
- Native Spanish speaker, with Catalan and English as a plus.
- At least 1 year of experience in telemarketing or customer service.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Flexibility and ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to meet performance standards and deliver results.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
