Cluster Finance Manager Intern

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Cluster Finance Manager Intern to join our Global Services Finance team at Reconocida empresa. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing business and project-related support to our MRCs and markets serviced by J&J Global Services – Manila.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate with Cluster Finance Managers and other GS Process teams to complete and deliver projects as assigned.
  2. Assist in closing, monitoring, and open issue resolution during monthly/quarterly closing activities whenever necessary.
  3. Work with CFM in completing and enhancing balance sheet, trial balance, and P&L reviews with stakeholders and different process teams.
  4. Ensure that adequate and effective internal controls are in place and that processes and policies are established and documented in compliance with WWP, ICH, DTP, and other control requirements.
  5. Contribute to continuous improvement programs to standardize and improve the efficiency, effectiveness, and customer experience across various entities.
  6. Perform other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the manager.
Requirements
  1. Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  2. Excellent communication skills in English – written and verbal.
  3. Able to work onsite at our Paranaque office at least 3x a week; remote on other days.
  4. Exceptional listener and communicator who effectively conveys information verbally and in writing.
  5. Proactive, results-driven, and detail-oriented.
  6. Strong analytical, problem-solving, sound judgment, and decision-making skills.
  7. Good knowledge of MS Office Tools, i.e., Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
  8. Learning agility, adaptability to change with a growth mindset.
