- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with the sales team to create strategies that drive customer acquisition and retention.
- Build and sustain relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors, retailers, and other business partners.
- Lead initiatives to explore new markets and develop commercial partnerships.
- Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, content marketing, and traditional advertising.
- Align marketing campaigns with sales objectives to maximize impact and ROI.
- Maintain and elevate the company's brand identity within the specialty fertilizers sector.
- Oversee the creation and distribution of marketing materials that are consistent with brand guidelines and resonate with target audiences.

Requirements:
