Commercial Marketing Trainee

Join our team at Beam Suntory and take on the exciting role of Commercial Marketing Trainee. As a key member of our trade marketing team, you will play a crucial part in planning and executing marketing plans tailored specifically for the on-trade channel.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the trade marketing team in developing and implementing channel plans, ensuring excellent execution and alignment with marketing and commercial inputs.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify key trends, consumer preferences, and competitor strategies, providing valuable insights to inform marketing decisions.
  • Provide administrative support to the trade marketing team, including activation projects and other duties related to each brand plan.
  • Monitor brand performance and results for Larios and DYC plans in the On Trade channel, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Coordinate multi-brand activations at national level with the support of agencies and sales teams, ensuring seamless execution and timely delivery.
Requirements:
  • University student in Administration, Economics, or Marketing
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency in English, with the ability to communicate complex ideas and concepts clearly and concisely
