Opportunity Overview

As a Commercial Marketing Trainee, you will support the trade marketing team in planning and executing marketing plans tailored specifically for the on-trade channel. This role involves market research and analysis to identify key trends, consumer preferences, and competitor strategies. You will provide ad hoc support to the trade marketing team as needed, including administrative tasks, activation projects, and other duties related to each brand plan.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Plans: Support the trade marketing team in building channel plan strategies based on marketing and commercial inputs and ensuring excellent channel plan execution.

• Bring brands and consumer knowledge to commercial development.

• Support the implementation of activation plans aligned with sales teams, marketing, purchase, finance, and other stakeholders to ensure excellence and timely execution.

• Monitor brand performance and results for Larios and DYC plans in the on-trade channel.

• Coordinate multi-brand activations at a national level with the support of agencies and sales teams.

• Contribute to the creation and production of visibility materials for the channel and their deployment to elevate our brands.

Requirements

University student preferred in Administration, Economics, or Marketing.

English proficiency is required.
