Sales Director Iberia

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in Iberia.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and revenue in Iberia.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in the region.
- Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify new business opportunities and develop solutions to meet customer needs.
- Provide market and product information to internal stakeholders and review product performance.
- Develop and implement sales strategies and guidelines for Iberia Food.
- Manage assigned internal and external AM teams.
- Minimum 10 years of work experience in selling to large and complex, multi-country/regional company.
- Work experience in international settings.
- Master degree (e.g., Food technology, Ingenuity, Economics) or similar level of education.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed targets.
- Track-record of developing strong and influential business relationships.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as cultural sensitivity.
- High degree of analytical and conceptual thinking.
- High level of self-motivation and the ability to create opportunities to generate business.
- Ability to take ownership and meet deadlines.
