Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Analytics Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our business intelligence team, you will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting complex data to inform business decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain business intelligence solutions using leading BI tools such as Power BI, Einstein Analytics, or Tableau.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate business needs into actionable insights.
  • Design and implement data visualizations and reports to communicate complex data insights to stakeholders.
  • Conduct data analysis and provide recommendations to improve business processes and drive digitalization.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation and improvement.

Requirements

  • At least 4-5 years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of BI tools and data visualization techniques.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of sales processes and performance analysis.
