Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Group Reporting and Consolidation Manager to join our team at Robert Walters Spain. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and transparency of our financial information.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Oversee financial policies, procedures, and reporting systems to ensure compliance with international standards.
  • Prepare and review Group Reporting Packages to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Manage accounting operations across multiple locations, including supervising accounting departments and ensuring compliance with ES-GAAP, IFRS, and statutory requirements.
  • Coordinate with external auditors to ensure a smooth audit process.
  • Manage consolidation processes, including the preparation of financial statements under Local GAAP and IFRS.
  • Monitor debt levels and ensure compliance with covenants.
  • Manage government reporting and tax filings.
  • Coordinate the financial reporting closing processes.
  • Manage accounting procedures related to M&A operations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Economics or Business Administration.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in similar positions, with previous Big4 audit experience being essential.
  • High level of English proficiency.
  • Experience in team management.
