About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Senior Accountant and Process Owner to join our Finance organization at Vitrolife Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing, structuring, and harmonizing accounting processes across the group.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement accounting operating instructions and procedures for legal entities and finance clusters
  • Drive harmonization and automation of monthly intercompany, accounting, and reporting processes
  • Provide senior accounting advice in complex accounting questions and coordinate accounting dimensions and master data
  • Act as a key contact in accounting-related topics globally
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related area
  • Several years of experience in Accounting in an international group or from auditing
  • Senior and hands-on approach
  • Fluent in English, verbally and in writing; Spanish is meritorious
  • Strong communication skills
