Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a seasoned partner and alliance leader to join the EMEA Partner Specialists team. As a Partner Development Specialist (PDS) for Solutions, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue, adoption, and growth from the largest and fastest-growing small- and mid-market accounts to enterprise-level customers, including public sector.

The AWS Global Support team interacts with leading companies, and world-class support is critical to customer success. AWS Support partners with a global list of customers building mission-critical applications on top of AWS services.

In this role, you will own mechanisms for partner solution building, solution visibility, and adoption, offering ready-made solutions to customers looking to buy, not build. You will facilitate collaborative solution development and deliver innovative solutions addressing our customers' most pressing needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to accelerate partner revenue through solution adoption within GTM initiatives for Line of Business (Lo B) buyers.
  • Collaborate with partners to build, discover, and adopt Partner Solutions in EMEA.
  • Drive solution visibility and adoption, offering ready-made solutions to customers.
  • Facilitate collaborative solution development and deliver innovative solutions addressing customer needs.

  • Strong understanding of AWS services and solutions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
