Job Title: Sales Manager
About the Role:
Cpl is partnering with a leading player in the Renewable Energy sector to fill a Sales Manager position in Catalonia. This role involves overseeing sales operations and leading the expansion of a Solar Distributor into the Catalonia region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and achieve sales targets in the Catalonia market.
- Lead a team of sales professionals to ensure effective sales operations and customer engagement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including residential and commercial installers, EPCs, and utility projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop solutions to drive sales growth.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of sales experience, with a proven track record of success in the renewable energy or technology sectors.
- At least 3 years of experience in a sales leadership role, preferably with regional responsibility.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and drive growth in a competitive market.
