In this pivotal role, you will engage with various stakeholders to devise scalable solutions, mentor the development team, and play a crucial part in strategic planning. This position is based in our office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct the technical design and architecture of Salesforce solutions, ensuring they are scalable, secure, and high-performing.
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and convert them into well-structured solutions.
- Advise on the use of point-and-click configurations or custom coding as necessary.
- Participate in pre-sales efforts, solution design, and presentations to stakeholders.
- Facilitate technical design sessions and document the solutions developed.
- Provide estimates for the implementation of solutions.
- Oversee the technical delivery of custom solutions and integrations.
- Manage the technical scope and expectations of stakeholders.
- Conduct code reviews and technical audits to uphold high standards.
- Stay informed about Salesforce releases, features, and industry advancements.
- Mentor junior members of the technical team.
What We Seek:
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in the CRM industry, with at least 5 years dedicated to Salesforce technologies.
- Strong proficiency in Salesforce architecture, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and additional platforms.
- Extensive experience with VisualForce, Apex Classes/Controllers, and Apex Triggers.
- In-depth knowledge of the Salesforce product suite and APIs (REST/SOAP/MetaData).
- Experience in front-end development using the Lightning Design System.
- Familiarity with integrations, third-party integration tools, and ETL processes with Salesforce.
- Robust problem-solving abilities and a capacity to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced setting.
- Proven track record in designing and optimizing business processes and integrating them across systems.
- A Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Systems Analysis, Business, or a related field.
Certifications:
- Required: Salesforce Certified Technical Architect or Salesforce Certified Application Architect, Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Developer.
- Preferred: Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator, Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant.
