Contract Operations Manager

The Contract Operations Manager will play a key role in supporting the Iberia Cluster's commercialization efforts by providing expert contract management services. This includes advising on contract-related matters, preparing and reviewing agreements, and coordinating with internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement contract management strategies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Prepare and review contracts, including clinical trial agreements, commercial agreements, and vendor and supplier agreements.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including legal, finance, and compliance teams, to ensure seamless contract management processes.
- Provide guidance on contract-related matters, including contract interpretation, negotiation, and dispute resolution.
- Support the development and implementation of contract templates and master agreements.
- Law degree and 6+ years of experience in contract management, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
- Strong knowledge of contract law, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
- Results-oriented and able to work with autonomy, with a high level of organizational skills and management of different teams.
