Contract Manager

Biogen is seeking a highly skilled Contract Manager to join our team in the Iberia Cluster. As a key member of our commercial operations team, you will be responsible for managing contracts and agreements with external stakeholders, providing guidance to internal teams, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage contracts and agreements with external stakeholders, including vendors, suppliers, and partners.
- Provide guidance to internal teams on contract-related matters, including contract interpretation, negotiation, and administration.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including FCPA, GDPR, and other relevant laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal, compliance, and finance, to ensure effective contract management.
- Develop and implement contract management processes and procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Law degree and 6+ years of experience in contract management, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
- Fluent in English and Spanish, with proficiency in Portuguese a plus.
- Strong experience in contract negotiation, interpretation, and administration.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Results-oriented and proactive, with ability to work independently and as part of a team.
