About the Role

CapsLock is seeking a highly skilled Media Buying Team Lead to join our Marketing Solutions team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a team of Media Buyers and driving exceptional results in our marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of Media Buyers, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their performance targets.
  2. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans for marketing campaigns, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and success.
  3. Creative Development: Collaborate with creative teams to develop and approve campaign creatives, ensuring they meet our brand standards and messaging.
  4. Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze campaign performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing data-driven solutions to optimize results.
  5. Team Development: Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of Media Buyers, ensuring they have the tools and expertise needed to succeed.
  6. Communication: Communicate effectively with senior management, stakeholders, and team members to ensure seamless collaboration and alignment.
Requirements
  1. Experience: At least 4 years of dedicated experience in Media Buying, with a proven track record of success in leading teams and driving results.
  2. Leadership: 2+ years of experience as a Team Lead, overseeing teams of at least 3 individuals with a primary focus on people management.
  3. Marketing Expertise: Proficiency in mastering marketing strategies, including campaign planning, execution, and optimization.
  4. Data Analysis: Hands-on experience in monitoring and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), utilizing data and metrics to drive continuous improvements.
  5. Communication: Skilled in articulating and presenting results to senior leadership, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  6. Collaboration: Collaborative team player with a strong emphasis on teamwork, empathy, and effective problem-solving abilities.
  7. Language: Proficient in English at an upper-intermediate level or higher.
