Program Overview

RMC Asia, representing Marriott International in Qatar, is seeking highly motivated and enthusiastic individuals to participate in a front office & guest services internship program. This opportunity is part of Cultural Exchange Programs by RMC Asia, offering a unique chance to learn from and collaborate with hospitality professionals while immersing yourself in the vibrant country of Qatar.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional guest service, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience for all arrivals
  • Process check-ins and check-outs efficiently, while maintaining accurate records
  • Assign rooms and handle administrative duties with attention to detail
  • Process guest payments and respond to inquiries with a smile
  • Communicate effectively with all departments to fulfill guest requests
  • Handle complaints and resolve conflicts in a professional manner

Requirements
  • Enrolled students or recent graduates within 24 months
  • School, college, or university reference letter
  • Conversational English and a pleasant personality
  • Well-groomed and a clean criminal record
  • No drug abuse and minimum 6 months passport validity
