As a key member of our team, you will lead a group of Implementation Managers in Madrid, working closely with peers across Europe to drive our implementation team to new heights.
About the Role
As a Senior Implementation Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of Implementation Managers who specialize in the Unified Commerce domain. Your team will support complex integrations and business models for our customers, helping them gain a competitive edge.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Implementation Managers to deliver exceptional customer experiences and ensure efficient onboarding with robust integrations that scale well.
- Act as a sparring partner and escalation point for the team, helping to navigate complex projects and technical challenges.
- Create a collaborative team environment with open communication and feedback.
- Scale up the team while preserving Adyen's unique culture and fostering a positive work environment.
- Collaborate with other teams to drive initiatives and grow the global IM organization in size, quality, and scalability.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience leading teams.
- Proven track record of building and managing a team of Implementation Managers, technical consultants, or technical project managers.
- Experience with integration projects within a large global company in professional services, finance, retail, or general technology.
- Ability to develop effective relationships with global teams and adapt to international time constraints.
- Proactive hands-on attitude with a willingness to tackle challenges.
- Experience in the Unified Commerce space is a plus, but not required.
- Fluent English and Spanish language skills.
