Cyber Security Account Manager

At Synack, we're on a mission to unleash the best cybersecurity talent to secure our digital world. As a Sales Account Manager, you'll play a critical role in helping us achieve this goal.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customer stakeholders at all levels
- Perform outreach to prospects and conduct discovery calls to build and expand our enterprise pipeline
- Prospect into new and existing client bases to discover opportunities and upsell
- Facilitate technical conversations and overcome objections with technical stakeholders
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams to progress the selling effort
- At least 3-5 years of junior account management and/or business development experience in the Cyber Security Industry or Technology Industry
- Information security knowledge and general awareness of best practices, security risk management, and industry trends
- Ability to identify leads within the install-base and help grow customers
- Customer-first mindset and advocacy
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively across functions
