The Role

Our EMEA Talent Acquisition team is experiencing significant growth in hiring activities, and we are seeking an individual to deliver best-in-class recruiting services to meet this demand.

Our work includes managing the full recruitment lifecycle; supporting and guiding hiring managers; managing hiring experience while ensuring we secure the best talent; partnering on workforce planning and strategic direction of hiring through data and insights; proactively developing talent pipelines to support future hiring needs, producing regular recruitment updates, and supporting colleagues in the wider EMEA region on operational projects.

You will demonstrate experience and knowledge in the following areas:

  1. Hiring for the Southern European market (Spain and France preferred)
  2. Sourcing talent through a research-based approach
  3. Selling the story and vision of the company and engaging talent
  4. Forging strong working relationships with Hiring Managers and Senior Leadership
  5. Identifying and removing barriers to successful delivery
  6. Adapting to changes as the business evolves through strong organizational skills and agility
  7. Leveraging data to influence staff/hiring decisions

You are fluent in English and can also speak fluently Dutch or German.
