About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented IT Project Coordinator to join our team at Arηs. As an IT Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the IT Project Manager in the organization, coordination, and leadership of the project team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the IT Project Manager in the planning, execution, and monitoring of IT projects.
  • Coordinate and participate in project progress meetings, ensuring timely and effective communication among team members.
  • Produce high-quality project-related documentation, including project briefs, meeting minutes, status reports, and project logs.
  • Ensure compliance with company document control policies and standards.
  • Monitor project timelines and update project documentation as needed.
  • Facilitate the distribution of project information to stakeholders and ensure that project deliverables align with the company's goals.
  • Support the identification, measurement, and realization of project benefits.
  • Assist with risk and issue management, providing ad-hoc analysis and reports as needed.
  • Provide administrative support to the IT project team.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in project support for IT projects.
  • Experience in reporting and data analysis.
  • Completion of secondary education.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
  • Ability to prepare and give presentations.
  • Ability to participate in multilingual meetings.
  • Good organizational skills, with the ability to work in a team and manage multiple tasks.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies, including Prince2 and agile project management.
  • Experience with project management tools, such as Clarity PPM and JIRA.
  • Basic knowledge of cloud-based issue tracking and agile IT service management tools.
  • Proven ability to speak, write, and read fluently in English (C1).
