About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Scrum Master - Project Coordinator to join our team at Rademade. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Form a high-performing team and build processes to support efficient teamwork and product development.
- Facilitate meetings to launch, execute, and deliver value to our customers.
- Manage communication with teams and stakeholders.
- Prepare project reports and develop and maintain project documentation.
- Manage team workload and participate in the Presale process.
- Analyze business needs and suggest and approve scope for MVP and suitable solutions.
- Present tasks to the team to make estimations and make presentations to clients to update the scope and reach business goals.

Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Project or Product Manager and Business Analyst.
- Experience working on a project with at least 1-year duration and a team of at least 7 members.
- Ability to manage 3+ small projects with 2-3 members.
- Experience in managing PreSales to start a new project for a team.
- Deep understanding of project management principles and Agile Methodologies.
- Strong leadership qualities and fluent English or upper-intermediate level.
