About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Scrum Master to join our dynamic team at Omada, a Gartner Magic Quadrant Leader in Identity Governance Administration. As a Scrum Master, you will play a pivotal role in driving the further development of our Cybersecurity product by ensuring the team's adherence to Scrum principles and removing any impediments that may hinder their progress.

Your Responsibilities
  • Work closely with Product Owners and Development Teams to further develop our product by encouraging and supporting the teams to self-manage their iterations.
  • Help build a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised without fear of blame or judgment and with an emphasis on problem-solving.
  • Ensure the teams are compliant with the Scrum framework by providing training to team members and other parts of the organization as well as facilitating Scrum ceremonies within the sprints.
  • Help the team work efficiently by identifying blockers and supporting impediment removal. You will also work together with other Scrum Masters to identify and minimize the cross-teams dependencies.
  • Help Product Owners find an efficient way to manage the product backlog.
Your Profile

We are looking for a team player with excellent interpersonal skills, who thinks out of the box and is an independent, responsible, and flexible person. You should have a higher IT education and at least 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master working in distributed teams, preferably within product development.

Excellent understanding and hands-on experience of various agile software development frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban as well as XP practices are required. Understanding of scaled agile frameworks (SAFe or Nexus) and development background will be an additional advantage. Fluency in English, both in oral and written, is a must.
