Pomilio Blumm, a leading pan-European agency in public communication, is seeking a skilled Event and Project Coordinator to join its team in Spain.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead client projects of varying complexity and volume
  • Map and implement a calendar of virtual, hybrid, and in-person events
  • Leverage best practices and integrate client-specific requirements and operating environments
  • Create and lead logistics and production teams
  • Create and reconcile project budgets
  • Manage project timelines and contract negotiations

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Professional experience in events management and logistics
  • Experience in budgeting, reporting, and cost management
  • Experience in managing subcontractors and supervising junior staff
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to carry out numerous tasks and prioritize workload
  • Flexibility to travel outside Spain when required

Language Requirements:

  • English and Spanish level C1/2 and Italian (at least B2)
