Pomilio Blumm, a leading pan-European agency in public communication, is seeking a skilled Event and Project Coordinator to join its team in Spain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead client projects of varying complexity and volume, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
- Develop and implement event calendars, including virtual, hybrid, and in-person events.
- Integrate client-specific requirements and best practices to deliver exceptional results.
- Create and manage project budgets, timelines, and contract negotiations.
- Manage logistics and production teams, ensuring seamless event execution.
Requirements:
- Professional experience in events management, logistics, and project coordination.
- Excellent budgeting, reporting, and cost management skills.
- Ability to manage subcontractors and supervise junior staff.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in English and Spanish (C1/2 level) and Italian (B2 level) is desirable.
- Experience in EU projects and international institutions is an asset.
