About the Role
The Ocean Race is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our Marketing department. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies that drive engagement and conversion.
Key Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and execute marketing campaigns within established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Develop and manage digital marketing content, including copywriting and graphic design
- Manage and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
- Collaborate with the Marketing Director and other stakeholders to ensure alignment with business priorities
- Develop and manage digital competitions and activities within the company's digital platforms
- Work closely with the Sustainability Team to integrate and promote sustainability activities within the Metaverse
- Provide support to other departments as needed, including hospitality, events, and operations
Requirements
- English language proficiency: C1
- Degree in marketing management, advertising, communications, or a related field
- Prior experience in database management, preferably in a similar role
